The Bayanihan Community Centre rents out the following:

Arts Studio (30 x 30 ft) 

• $25/hour

• Free use of tables and chairs

• Lights : $30 per use

• Sound system : $30 per use

• Projector: $20 per use

• 40 - 60 pax, depending on purpose

Commercial Kitchen - 210 sq. ft.

• $25/hour

Security Deposit: $100 for either use of hall, kitchen, or both; $50 for key

​

Parking

• Weekdays 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. - $150/month
   

Rates are subject to change. 
Tenants are to sign a Rental Agreement with the Society.
