The Bayanihan Community Centre rents the following:

Kitchen supplies for your private party.
Parking spaces during office hours (from $60 to $70 per month).
Main assembly area (30 feet x 30 feet) for a classroom (up to 25 students) or group activities (about 60-70 people).
- Weekdays, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.: $25 per hour; $50 for 3-hour period;
- Weekdays, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.: $25 per hour; $60 for 3-hour period;
- Weekends, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.: $25 per hour, $70 for 3-hour period;
- Weekends, 6 p.m. to midnight: $150.
Commercial kitchen (about 210 square feet)
- Weekdays, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.: $25 flat rate with main assembly area rental; $15 per hour without main assembly area rental or $100 all day (7 hours);
- Weekdays, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.: $25 flat rate with main assembly area rental; $20 flat rate without main assembly area rental;
- Weekends, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.: $30 flat rate with main assembly area rental;
- Weekends, 6 p.m. to midnight: $50 flat rate with main assembly area rental; $20 per hour without main assembly area rental.
Meeting room (about 165 square feet, about 16-20 people) with kitchenette:
- Weekdays, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.: $15 per hour; $40 for 3-hour period;
- Weekdays, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.: $18 per hour; $45 for 3-hour period;
- Weekends, $18 per hour; $45 for 3-hour period.
