Membership
The Bayanihan Cultural and Housing Society's constitution
limits its annual membership to the officers of VFCA for the year, a
representative each from the Victoria Filipino-Canadian Seniors
Association and the Victoria Filipino-Canadian Caregivers Association,
and five other members appointed by VFCA's current officers, of which
two must be VFCA directors for the year and three from the VFCA
membership.
